Is climate change real?
Some people will argue that climate change is not real, some others that there is some sort of shift in the planet's climate, but that mankind is not responsible, and it's part of Earth's cycles which have occurred during its long life. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but at some point each one of us will have to pick up a side.
One good thing is, that we have reached a very high level of awareness about the fact that something is actually happening on Earth, and it is affecting the way the eco-system is living, not just us.
Science has been giving us a very helpful insight of what is going on. Data is constantly been collected and analysed, computer simulations are run in order to predict and visualise possible scenarios.
There are people out there, trying to make a difference. And there are finally available choices to make that difference.
What choices are available to tackle climate change?
Recycling
Unlike many years ago, depending on where you live, Local Authorities have started to make efforts in implementing recycling of materials in a smart way
Eco Friendly
Several Industries and more and more Businesses are becoming more aware, and choose to implement eco-friendly materials or processes in their productive cycles

A dream as old as Humankind, science and technology keep on improving materials and technology, making solar energy production more and more convenient and viable
Waste Management
Waste management has become a key factor in the process of collecting and recycling materials, along with working as an ally in the efforts to prevent and control the contamination of the environment
Mission "Save the Environment"
s much as we know it seems to be an impossible mission, each one of us can play an important role ithe never-ending battle to preserve the beauty and health of our planet. Earth deserves our efforts and deep committment towards making sure that our water, grounds, food an environment stay clean ahealthy for all the living creatures on the planet.

Is it too late to save the planet?
The clock is ticking, and it seems there is not much time left, before the situation will reach the point of no return. Some people think that the effects of climate change might not be permanent, but in the best case scenario, it would take so many centuries to heal the planet from what is happening now, that it would not even be sure whether our civilization could be there to witness that. Therefore it is our duty, as sentient and smart species, to act now in order to contribute to the reversal of the negative effects of our wrongdoings.
There are already dramatic side effects, like more and more natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes), a shift in the climate which sees glaciers melting down, some areas suffering from more frequent dry-weather periods, the sea level raising in some areas, and lowering in others. The whole Earth's eco-system is currently under attack. We need to act now, and make responsible choices.
